Assessing the Utilization of Educational Technology Materials in Nigeria and Uganda Educational Systems

Recent educational reforms in developing countries show conscious efforts to completely restructure the education system response Covid-19. This research studied use of modern technology tool tertiary sector, Nigerian and Ugandan systems. Students from public private universities were chosen at random fill out questionnaires provide data order achieve consistent results. SAS Statistics was applied collected data, results presented graphically. T-test ANOVA employed analysis, check importance differences between hypotheses. The findings revealed that students have necessary prerequisites for online learning, institutions should raise parental awareness benefits application facilitate as well improve school's access technological tools purposes. Educational increase budgetary allocations acquisition new learning aids. are eager move away traditional face-to-face instruction toward technology-driven so continue advancement while also investigating tools. It further noted most unfamiliar with e-learning platform such management virtual system, must engage these technologically driven Teenagers can benefit help them learn understand their schoolwork teaching methods, when used effectively, students' opportunities exploration communication.
